Our goal is to help make companies, teams and individuals better performers by developing and implementing an harmonious corporate culture guided by a single vision based on shared values. The philosophy behind our Executive Retreats is that small groups of individuals will think, create, develop and perform better when brought together in an environment that encourages reflection, creativity and decision taking. The combination of work sessions, facilitated discussions and off-site cultural and sports activity achieves this. The two to five day retreats we organize combine group and individual work sessions with recreational activity. |

These can include cooking classes at the Moulin de Mougins or other Michelin-star restaurants, tennis, golf, museum visits (including the Léger in Biot; Chagall, Matisse and MAMAC in Nice; the Fondation Maeght in St. Paul de Vence; the Picasso Museum in Antibes) and day trips to Monaco, Italy or St. Tropez.
We also use some of the finest hotels at resorts, such as the Four Seasons Resort in Fayence, the Mas D’Artigny and La Colombe d’Or in St. Paul de Vence, the Martinez, Majestic Barrière and Carlton Inter-Continental hotels in Cannes, the Château de la Bégude in Opio and the famous Moulin de Mougins.  |
